Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or other proof of purchase

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning eligible items.

However, if the returned item is:

  • Damaged during transportation,

  • Defective,

  • Incorrectly shipped,

  • Or has any quality-related issue caused by us,

Miniwestgroup will cover the return shipping costs.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids

  • Gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return your original item.

Once your return has been accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • In its original packaging

  • With tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
